How do I get connected into a small group?
Our small groups run on a semester based schedule. Fall groups launch in September and run until mid- December. Spring groups meet from February-May. You can register for groups in the months of August and January.
What do I need to do to be baptized?
Baptism is an outward expression of an inward commitment. If you are interested in taking this step in your faith journey we invite you to submit your story at baptism.12Stone.com. Once you’ve submitted your story a staff member will contact you and schedule a time for you to be baptized.
How do I find a place to serve at 12Stone®?
Finding your place to serve is a great way to connect and meet new people, while using your God given gifts and talents in ministry. Visit volunteer.12Stone.com to view descriptions and contact links to dozens of volunteer opportunities. Regardless of your gifting, there’s a place for you to serve alongside others at 12Stone®.
I’m new to 12Stone® and want to know more about the church, what do I do?
Discover 12Stone® is a monthly gathering for those who are new to 12Stone®. This informal gathering walks you through the vision and heart behind what makes up 12Stone® church and helps you know how to connect into the life of all that is going on. Childcare is provided.
I’m interested in membership
Membership class meets periodically throughout the year. Look for announcements in the bulletin or ITK for next date.
I want to be a small group leader what do I need to do?
12Stone® small group leaders are servants who communicate God’s truth and lead their groups in prayer, spiritual growth, outreach, and service. As a leader you model the Christian life to others. While each leader is unique we want leaders who:
- are members of 12Stone®
- served as an apprentice for a semester or have led a small group successfully in another church
- are recommended by their small group leader and coach
Before submitting an on-line application, please review the “Spiritual Qualifications of a Leader.”
Once you have completed that review, please fill out an on-line application.
I’m new in my relationship with Christ, where is the best place for me to connect?
Day 1 is a 4-week on campus small group experience for those who are beginning their faith journey with Christ. Day 1 meets on Sunday am in our living room environments and are designed to be a conversation with other people who are in the same place spiritually. You can register for Day 1 here.
I’m interested in premarital counseling
12Stone® offers a 6 week premarital class that meets on a week night for couples who are engaged and planning to be married. The class meets in the fall and spring and focuses on what it means to have a Christ-centered marriage. You can register here.
*If you are interested in a 12Stone® pastor officiating your wedding this class is a requirement.
